BookÂings made at the Mayfair House
We require a credit card to guarÂanÂtee the reserÂvaÂtion at the time of the bookÂing. Full pre-payment of reservation will be required 7 days prior arrival as per Cancellation Policy. If payment is unsuccessful, the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and the apartment released.
BookÂings of 30 + nights stay
One-week non-refundable deposit at the time of bookÂing is required to confirm the reservation, remainÂing balÂance is payable upon Check-in.
Group bookÂings of 5 or more apartÂment units
A 10% non-refundable deposit of the total accommodation is required to confirm the reservations at the time of the booking.
We accept payÂments by Credit/ Debit cards, and Bank TransÂfer.
Notes: The propÂerty reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. And you must present the same credit card used for payment at the check-in.

Non- Refundable Rates
Prepay rates will be charged the full cost of the reservation within 24 hours of making the reservation. If payment is unsuccessful within 24 hours of making the reservation, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Date changes to the reservation are not allowed, cancellation will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
The credit card used at the time of making the reservation must be valid for the entire stay.

Check-Out time is by 11:00
Late Check-Out
Late Check-out is subÂject to availÂabilÂity, and extra charges may apply. Please check with RecepÂtion on the day of departure.
Late Check-Out charges
From 12:00 to 15:00 – 50% of the daily rate reserved
From 15:00pm onwards – 100% of the daily rate reserved
All our propÂerÂties have a no-smoking polÂicy in line with UK legÂisÂlaÂtion. This polÂicy covÂers the burning/smoking of all subÂstances in our apartÂments, includÂing incense. The propÂerty reserves the right to charge a penalty for non-compliance.
Upon Check-in, we will require a secuÂrity deposit to cover any inciÂdenÂtal breakÂages or damÂages that may occur durÂing the occuÂpaÂtion. The secuÂrity deposit is an authoÂrizaÂtion on the guest credit card, and this authoÂriÂsaÂtion will be canÂcelled folÂlowÂing setÂtleÂment of any outÂstandÂing balÂance on your bill at Check-out and if no inciÂdenÂtal expenses have been incurred.
Please note, An authoÂriÂsaÂtion is NOT DEBITED on the cardholder’s account – The amount is held on the credit card and released at check out.

Upon check-in, you will be asked to fill out and sign the registration card and provide a proof of identification with a photo (passport or UK – ID/driving license). A sigÂnaÂture on the RegÂisÂtraÂtion Card indiÂcates accepÂtance of our Terms and ConÂdiÂtions for the occuÂpaÂtion of an apartÂment at our propÂerty. Copies are availÂable to view at RecepÂtion and in your apartÂment.

Return of apartment keys
The apartment’s keys must be returned to Reception at check out, charges may apply for lost keys.
Non-resident guest visit
All VISITORS must report to RecepÂtion at the time of the visit. Due to Health and Safety Fire RegÂuÂlaÂtions, all NON-RESIDENT guests canÂnot stay beyond MIDNIGHT. Only the numÂber of perÂsons regÂisÂtered at the time of Check-in may occupy the apartÂment. Under no cirÂcumÂstances is mulÂtiÂple occuÂpancy allowed. No aniÂmals are to be brought into the apartÂment at any time.
Termination of stay
We reserve the right to terÂmiÂnate your use and occuÂpaÂtion of your apartÂment immeÂdiÂately in the event of:
a. Non-payÂment of any bill due
b. OverÂcrowdÂing for any type of or sort of gathÂerÂing
c. UnreaÂsonÂable noise or behavÂiour (which the manÂageÂment reserve the right to deterÂmine)
d. UnauÂthoÂrised parÂties or gathÂerÂings in the apartment
PERFUME INCENSE BURNING STICKS. BURNING OILS FRAGRANCES OR DIFFUSERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT
We proÂvide accomÂmoÂdaÂtion for priÂvate resÂiÂdenÂtial use only and in a reaÂsonÂable manÂner. We only allow the accomÂmoÂdaÂtion to be occuÂpied by the numÂber of perÂsons conÂfirmed at the time of bookÂing. OperÂaÂtion of any form of busiÂness from the accomÂmoÂdaÂtion or use of it for any illeÂgal or immoral purÂpose will require you to vacate the accomÂmoÂdaÂtion immeÂdiÂately. We have a zero tolÂerÂance polÂicy towards behavÂiour that is abuÂsive, threatÂenÂing or vioÂlent towards our staff, our conÂtracÂtors or other guests. If you or any of your party or anyÂone that you authoÂrise to occupy the accomÂmoÂdaÂtion behaves in this manÂner, we will terÂmiÂnate your right to occupy the accomÂmoÂdaÂtion immeÂdiÂately, and we may report the matÂter to the police.
Non smoking penalty
We folÂlow a no smokÂing polÂicy in all premises and in all the apartÂments. SmokÂers who ignore this restricÂtion can be fined up to £ 500 to cover the cost of an outÂside steam cleanÂing comÂpany to clean the entire apartÂment. Plus any income lost due to the apartÂment becomÂing unavailÂable for occuÂpaÂtion by a new guest booking.
Extension of your stay
An extenÂsion of your stay depends on availÂabilÂity and is at the disÂcreÂtion of the management.
The manÂageÂment reserves the right to move you to another apartÂment of at least as good a stanÂdard within the buildÂing, if necÂesÂsary. We will howÂever always attempt to avoid such moves.
Internet usage
Internet usage is complimentary to all our guests. Please be aware that the manÂageÂment canÂnot be held responÂsiÂble for any visÂits to unauÂthoÂrized, restricted, or illeÂgal sites. The user is liable and enters those sites entirely at their own risk.
Damage or loss
The property reserves the right to charge for damÂage or loss caused by you to the apartÂment or its conÂtents. ComÂpenÂsaÂtion will be demanded to cover the reaÂsonÂable cost of repair or replaceÂment, plus any income lost due to the apartÂment becomÂing unfit for occuÂpaÂtion by new resÂiÂdents.
Parties and loud music
We wish you to treat your apartÂment as your home, but ask you to respect the rights of other guests to peaceÂful enjoyÂment of their apartÂment. ParÂties and loud music are not allowed (which the manÂageÂment reserve the right to deterÂmine). FailÂure to comÂply will result in guests being asked to leave immediately.
Recommendation by the property
The property canÂnot be held responÂsiÂble for the ramÂiÂfiÂcaÂtions against comÂpaÂnies or estabÂlishÂments recÂomÂmended by us, such as Dry Cleaners/ Cars or Taxi Companies/ Restaurants.
Safe at your disposal in your apartment
The propÂerty offers a safe in your apartment, and we cannot be held responÂsiÂble for any loss or damÂage to valuÂables left unatÂtended in the apartment.
Inventory check out
When vacatÂing the accomÂmoÂdaÂtion, you must leave the accomÂmoÂdaÂtion in the same conÂdiÂtion as it was at the beginÂning of your stay, subÂject to fair wear and tear. Where the accomÂmoÂdaÂtion or any item is not left in the conÂdiÂtion required, you must pay us any costs which we incur in cleanÂing, repair, or replacement.
